Are there any fire hazards with the product?

Under the technology developed by O2-matic Oxygen is generated through non inflammable chemical reaction at less than 1 Bar. There is absolutely no fire hazard with the product

In case of Kyra, oxygen is compressed using standard medical grade compressors. These medical grade compressors are oil free and hence there is no possibility of the oxygen being contaminated. The Oxygen is stored in stainless steel tanks at a working pressure of 10 Bar (Cycle tyre Pressure) as compared to 150 Bars in Oxygen Cylinders. The pressure does not contribute to a fire hazard at any time. The ignition point of stainless steel is 1400 degrees Celsius and in KYRA the oxygen will be stored at room temperature.

All components used in the Electricals and Tubing are UL-95 certified and hence medical grade. Silicon tubes are used which are flame and fire retardant.
